Please be aware that none of our treatments are suitable if:

• Pregnant
• Unstable Health Problems
• Fever or Infection
• Acute Illness/Injury
• Blood Clots
• Contagious Diseases
• Open Wounds
• Flown within 48hrs

If you are on any medication or undergoing treatment, GP or consultant approval will be required.
Seaweed Baths are not suitable if you have an overactive thyroid. Just inform staff if this is the case and we’ll leave the Seaweed out.

If you’ve had Botox, injectables, fillers or laser to the face & neck, you’ll need to leave at least 2weeks before having any treatments involving the face.

The Japanese Headspas are not suitable if you’re:

• Pregnant
• Have hair braids/hair locs
• Hair extensions/weaves
• Extremely long hair
• Sensitive scalp
• Please inform staff if you’ve had any injectables/laser to the face or neck, and we will adapt your treatment accordingly.

Please ensure you’re fit and well before attending any of your appointments, and don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns.

Please inform staff of any dietary requirements or allergies.

To secure your booking, a deposit will be requested. Please note that if any changes or cancellations are made within 48 hours of your appointment, payment in full is requested. 

Before the 48hrs no charges will be made, and if you cancel your appointment, your deposit will be refunded in full.

If you arrive late, your appointment time will not be extended due to the disruption of the next client.
